Gaila operated as Ford's event partner: producing the main stage for every new model reveal, building breakout sessions for sales and aftersales teams, coordinating bilingual Arabic and English programming for each market, and maintaining a production calendar tied to regional moments (Ramadan, National Day, off-roading season).
